I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Euro Climate Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to providing excellent service. Jose, the senior technician, came out initially and provided a thorough estimate. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jen, the office manager, was equally fantastic. She walked me through the entire contract and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The installation team, Noel and his brothers, were outstanding. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. They did a beautiful job installing my new heating system and left everything clean and organized. From the first visit to the completed installation, Euro Climate exceeded my expectations. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Five stars without hesitation! We called Euroclimate to get an idea for what would be the best heating system in our house, Jose recommended the Mitsubishi high efficiency heat pump with wall mounts for indoor units. I couldn't be happier with my mini-split AC installed by Euro Climate. It's been a few months now, and it's been working perfectly. Jose, Jenn, and the team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The installation itself was efficient, clean, and done in a day.
